Monetization

Learndash Dashboard helps to generate revenue by selling courses.

You can access the monetization settings by navigating to WB Plugins > Learndash Dashboard > Monetization.

Toggle tis option to enable the monetization setting.

Enable Selling through WooCommerce

This setting allows the course to sell through woocommerce.  Learndash woocommerce Integration should be installed and activated on your setup if you want to use these settings.

If this option is enabled, a new product creates automatically on course creation.

Follow the below steps to use this setting:

  • Create a course from the front end
  • Navigate to the course settings and choose the access mode “Closed.”
  • Once you published the course a new product will be created of the same name in the backend
  • Navigate to WordPress Dashboard >> Product, and you’ll see the newly generated product
  • Edit that product and change the product type from simple to “course.”
  • Save the changes
  • Now users could be able to buy that course using woocommerce product

You can check the product button URL will automatically be fetched in the frontend course.

Sharing Percentage

Set the sharing percentage of revenue between admin and instructor.

Show Statement Page

Set the number of statements per page.

Earning Chart

Enable this option if you want to display the instructor earning chart on the dashboard.

Fee

Deduct Fee

Enable this option to deduct some fees from the total selling amount.

Fees are charged from the entire sales amount. The remaining amount will be divided among admin and instructors.

Fee Description

Set a description for the fee that you are deducting. Make sure to give a reasonable explanation to maintain transparency with your site`s instructors.

Fee Amount & Type

Select the fee type and add the fee amount/percentage.

Withdraw

Minimum Withdrawal Amount

Set the minimum amount limit to make the withdrawal request. Instructors won’t be able to make the request if the amount is below the defined limit.

Minimum Days

Set the minimum days to make a withdrawal request. Before these days, instructors could not make the withdrawal request.

Withdrawal Method

Enable the methods you want to open for your instructors. Instructors can use these methods for the receiving withdrawal amount.
