Find resumes
Pro feature - requires WP Career Board Pro.
You can search the public resumes of candidates without waiting for them to apply.
What Pro adds
Section titled “What Pro adds”- A Find Candidates page. The setup wizard creates it at
/find-candidates/. - Search and filters for skills, experience, location and candidates who are open to work.
- A candidate only appears when they have turned on the Public toggle on their resume.
- The site owner chooses who can browse the directory: everyone, logged-in members only, or approved employers only.
- A Resume Map block that pins public resumes on a map.
Save resumes
Section titled “Save resumes”Resumes you save appear under Saved > Saved Resumes in your Employer Dashboard.
