You can see every job you have posted in My Jobs and edit, close, reopen, resubmit or feature each one from there.

  1. Open the Employer Dashboard page.
  2. Click My Jobs in the sidebar (under Jobs). The badge shows your total job count.
  3. Use the search box to find a job by title.

My Jobs and Applications work as soon as you have jobs on file, even without a company profile. You still need a company profile before you can post a new job.

Each row shows the job title, location, a status badge, a Featured badge when the job is featured, and an applicant count such as “3 applicants”. Click the count to open that job’s applications.

The pills at the top narrow the list: All, Live, Draft, Pending, Closed and Rejected. The Closed pill also includes expired jobs.

Status Meaning
Published (Live) The job is live on the board and visible to candidates
Draft Saved but not yet submitted
Pending Submitted and waiting for a moderator
Awaiting payment Approved, but your credit balance did not cover it. It goes live once you top up
Rejected A moderator declined the job. You can edit it and resubmit
Closed You closed it. It no longer takes applications and is hidden from the board
Expired It passed its deadline and no longer takes applications. Where the site ends jobs at their deadline, it also left the listings and its page says it has expired

The buttons on each row change with the job’s status:

  • View ↗ - opens the public job page in a new tab.
  • Edit - opens the job in the job form.
  • Pipeline - with Pro’s Application Pipeline, opens that job’s applicants in the pipeline. Hidden otherwise.
  • Feature - features a job so it lists first. It appears only when the site sells featured placement and the job is live and not already featured. You confirm the credit cost first. See Your Credit Balance.
  • Close - closes the job. You are asked to confirm.
  • Publish - sends a saved draft live, or to review when the site moderates jobs (drafts only).
  • Resubmit - sends a rejected job back for moderator approval (rejected jobs only). It returns to Pending. It does not publish directly.
  • Reopen - puts a closed or expired job back on the board with a fresh deadline. The site may charge credits for it.
  1. Click Edit on the job.
  2. The job form opens with the current details filled in.
  3. Make your changes and click Update Job.

A published job stays live while you edit it.

Click Close when the role is filled or you want to pause. The job leaves the listings and stops taking applications. Every applicant you have not hired or rejected moves to Closed and gets one email saying the position is closed. Applicants you already decided on keep their status. When you reopen the job, the applicants that closing moved go back to their earlier status without another email.

A job that passes its deadline stops taking applications. Applications you already received stay as they are.

On sites that end jobs at their deadline (the default on new sites), the job moves to Expired within the hour. Its page keeps working for people who saved or shared the link, and shows that the job has expired. You get a Job Ending Soon email 3 days before the deadline and a Job Expired email afterwards. Reopen the job to set a new deadline.
