You can see every job you applied for, its current status, and withdraw an application you no longer want to pursue.

  1. Go to the Candidate Dashboard page.
  2. Click My Applications in the sidebar.

The list shows newest first, 50 at a time. Click Load more applications for older ones. The counts on the Overview cover all your applications.

Each row shows:

  • The job title, linked to the job page, and the company name
  • The application date
  • A status badge
  • A Withdraw button, when withdrawing is allowed for that application
Status What it means
Submitted The employer received your application and has not reviewed it yet
Reviewing The employer is looking at your application
Shortlisted The employer is interested
Not selected The employer is no longer considering your application
Hired You got the job
Withdrawn You withdrew this application
Position closed The employer closed the job before deciding
Job removed The job was deleted. Your application stays in your history, and a Remove button lets you delete the row

You get an email when the status changes to Reviewing, Shortlisted, Not selected, Hired or Position closed.

  1. Find the application in the list.
  2. Click Withdraw.

The application stays in your list marked Withdrawn, and the employer gets an email. You can withdraw until the application has an outcome: hired, not selected, or position closed. After you withdraw you can apply to the same job again.

The button only appears when the site allows withdrawing. The site owner can turn it off with Allow Withdraw under Career Board > Settings > Applications.

Overview is the first tab of the dashboard. It shows:

  • Cards with your number of applications, shortlisted applications and saved jobs, plus your resume count
  • With Pro, a Job Alerts card that opens the alerts tab
  • Your recent applications and recently saved jobs, each with a View all link
  • With Pro AI matching, a Recommended for you list
