Saved jobs
You can save jobs, companies and (with Pro) candidate resumes to come back to later. Saving needs a signed-in account.
Save a job
Section titled “Save a job”- On the job board, click the bookmark icon on a job card.
- On a job page, click Save Job.
Click again to unsave. Any signed-in member who can apply can save jobs, and you do not need the Candidate role unless the site owner turned on Require Candidate Role. Accounts that only post jobs (employers) do not see the Save buttons. If a save fails, the button says Could not save; try again.
See your saved jobs
Section titled “See your saved jobs”- Open the Candidate Dashboard.
- Click Saved Jobs in the sidebar.
Each saved job shows the job title, company, location and job type, with a View Job button and a Remove button. A job that was deleted is no longer listed.
Remove a saved job
Section titled “Remove a saved job”Click Remove on the job. Any application you already sent is not affected.
Deadline reminders
Section titled “Deadline reminders”If a job you saved has an application deadline and you have not applied, you get a reminder email 3 days and 1 day before the deadline. You can turn this off under Candidate Dashboard > Settings > Email Notifications. See Profile, account and notifications.
Saved companies and saved resumes
Section titled “Saved companies and saved resumes”The Saved section of the sidebar lists your bookmarks:
- Saved Jobs - jobs you saved.
- Saved Companies - companies you bookmarked from the company directory.
- Saved Resumes - with WP Career Board Pro, resumes you bookmarked from a resume page. This tab appears only when Pro is active.
Each list has a Remove button for every item.
