Reign comes with Topbar options, you can enable/disable it
Topbar options are available at
Customizing >> Desktop Header >>Topbar
Topbar is disabled for mobile by default, you can also enable it for mobile as well.
Topbar have two options left and right sections
You can display action links like email or phone numbers in the left section.
The right section is reserved for Social Links, it allows you to add links for each social link and you can also add more social icons dynamically of your choice.
