Email Notification Templates

Go to Roadmap > Settings > Emails. Each card configures one notification email: subject line, message body, and the tokens available for that message.

Vote Notification	Someone votes on a roadmap item	`{site_name}`, `{item_title}`, `{user_name}`, `{vote_value}`, `{item_url}`
Comment Notification	Someone comments on a roadmap item	`{site_name}`, `{item_title}`, `{user_name}`, `{comment_excerpt}`, `{item_url}`
Suggestion Notification	A logged-in user submits a feature suggestion	`{site_name}`, `{item_title}`, `{user_name}`, `{description}`, `{admin_url}`
Status Change Notification	A roadmap item’s status changes	`{site_name}`, `{item_title}`, `{status}`, `{item_url}`

Tokens are replaced with the matching value when the email is sent. Leave a subject or message blank to use the built-in default text shown as the field’s placeholder.

Guest suggestion notifications

Guest suggestion notifications (for suggestions submitted by logged-out visitors) are a separate setting from the four templates above. The recipient address is configured on the Advanced tab, not here.
