Email Digest
Send a periodic email summarizing roadmap activity - new submissions, vote counts, and top-voted items - instead of relying on individual notification emails.
Enabling
Section titled “Enabling”Go to Roadmap > Settings > Advanced and turn on Enable Admin Digest. Set Digest Frequency to Daily or Weekly on the same tab - those are the only two options.
Recipients
Section titled “Recipients”The digest is sent to the same notification recipient list configured on the free Product Roadmap plugin’s own Notification Email setting, not a separate Pro-only list. If that field is empty, the digest falls back to the site’s admin email.
What’s in the digest
Section titled “What’s in the digest”A plain-text summary covering the period since the last digest (1 day for Daily, 7 days for Weekly): new submissions, vote activity, and the top-voted items in that window.
