Hooks Reference

Product Roadmap Pro’s own action and filter hooks, verified against the 1.8.0 codebase. This list is intentionally short: Pro’s earlier documentation described a much larger set of hooks (timeline, analytics, and export hooks in particular) that were never actually implemented in code. Only the hooks below exist and fire.

Filters

roadmap_allow_multiple_products

Controls whether a roadmap item, changelog entry, or guest suggestion can belong to more than one product. Default false.

With the default false, the Products panel in the editor is a single choice, and a REST write with more than one roadmap_product term returns 400 roadmap_single_product.

roadmap_available_templates

Registers the templates offered by the shortcode, block, and Templates tab. Pro adds Timeline, List, Cards, Minimal, and Idea Box here (the free plugin registers Board). Add a custom template the same way:

roadmap_pro_public_user_profiles

Section titled “roadmap_pro_public_user_profiles”

Controls whether the member activity and top-contributor REST endpoints (/users/{id}/activity, /users/top-contributors) are readable while logged out. Default: the value of is_user_logged_in() - logged out by default, since these endpoints can otherwise be walked to enumerate every user ID on the site.

roadmap_item_reordered An item’s status or position changes via drag and drop $item_id, $new_status, $new_position
