Add/Change Profile picture
If the admin has enabled the “Allow registered members to upload avatars” option then members can upload the profile picture from the front-end Profile >> edit >> change profile photo.
Recycle Profile picture
Users also have a recycle option they can set any previously upload profile picture also.
