Users tab
The Users tab is the admin-side member explorer. Access it at WB Plugins > BP Statistics > Users.
Users is one of the six main tabs, alongside Overview, Analytics, Activity Log, Settings, and License. It replaces the old “User Stats” page; bookmarks to that page open this tab.
Card: Community overview
Section titled “Card: Community overview”A row of numbers at the top of the page (“Snapshot of your member base.”).

Card: Filters
Section titled “Card: Filters”A toolbar of controls that narrow the member list. Each control is independent; leave one empty to ignore it.

Card: Members
Section titled “Card: Members”A table of members (“Click a row to view per-user statistics.”) with column visibility controls, exports, and a per-member drill-down.
Column visibility
Section titled “Column visibility”A collapsible Column visibility section sits above the table. Tick or untick each column to show or hide it. Only visible columns are included in exports.
Exports
Section titled “Exports”Buttons above the table: Export CSV, Export Excel, Print Report, and Refresh (reloads the page). Choose how many members to show per page (25 by default, up to All). Exports include every member that matches your current filters and search, not only the visible page.
Columns

| Last active | “X minutes ago” / “3 days ago”, or “Never”. |
| Logins | How many times the member has logged in. |
| Photos / Videos / Documents | BuddyBoss media counts (only when running on BuddyBoss). |
| Messages | Messages sent by the member. |
| Notifications | Unread notifications count. |
| Actions | Stats (drill-down) / Edit (WordPress user edit screen) / Profile (BuddyPress profile page). |
Status dot rules
Section titled “Status dot rules”The small dot on the avatar gives an at-a-glance liveness cue.

| Grey hollow | Never active. |
| Amber | Pending account (not yet activated). |
Drill-down: per-user statistics
Section titled “Drill-down: per-user statistics”Click the Stats action to open that member’s statistics. The drill-down replaces the list with a single-member view containing:
- Profile details: username, display name, email, date registered, role, last seen, and member type.
- The member’s profile field answers.
- BuddyPress Logs: friends, activity updates, groups joined, and groups created, each with a View More link.
- WordPress Logs: posts the member has written.
An All users link at the top returns to the member list.
What changed in 2.0.0
Section titled “What changed in 2.0.0”- The page is now the Users tab (it was the “User Stats” page).
- New per-row status dot with online / today / offline / pending / never states.
- New Profile complete column with a colored bar.
- The drill-down view uses the same card design as the list.
