Listora > Dashboard is the first screen in the Listora menu. It shows what is waiting for you and how the directory did recently.
What is on the screen
Section titled “What is on the screen”Welcome banner
Section titled “Welcome banner”When you finish the Setup Wizard for the first time, the dashboard opens with a one-time banner, Welcome, your directory is live. It has Add first listing and View directory buttons. It does not come back once you leave the page.
Right now
Section titled “Right now”Four cards across the top. Each card opens the list it counts.

| Needs attention | Everything waiting for your decision, added together. Opens the first queue that has something in it. |
| Published listings | Listings that are live. Opens the Listings list filtered to published. |
| Reviews | Approved reviews that are showing on listing pages. |
| Members | Every registered user. The small line under the number says how many of them have saved a listing. |
Last 30 days
Section titled “Last 30 days”Three cards for the past 30 days: New listings, New reviews and New members. New listings counts listings that were added as published or pending. With Pro active, more cards appear here.
Needs attention
Section titled “Needs attention”A list with one row per queue that has something in it:
- listings waiting for approval
- reviews to moderate
- reviews reported by visitors
- ownership claims to decide
Click Open to go straight to that queue, already filtered. A queue with nothing in it is not shown. When every queue is empty the box reads All caught up.
Recent activity
Section titled “Recent activity”The latest events across the directory, newest first: listings added or submitted for approval, reviews with their star rating, and claims. With Pro active, purchases appear here as well. Each entry links to the item and shows how long ago it happened.
Getting Started checklist
Section titled “Getting Started checklist”Until setup is finished, a Getting Started box lists the steps still open, such as choosing a map tile source or configuring email notifications, with the count of steps completed. Click a step to go to where you do it. Once every step is done it shrinks to a single line, Setup complete. Click Dismiss to hide it.
How to use it
Section titled “How to use it”- Open Listora > Dashboard at the start of your day.
- If Needs attention shows a number, click Open on each row and clear the queue.
- Use the Last 30 days cards to see whether listings, reviews and members are growing.
