WB Polls Overview
WB Polls brings polling to your BuddyPress community in three ways. Create quick activity feed polls for instant engagement, build standalone poll pages with dedicated URLs, guest voting, and full management dashboards, or combine polls into multi-question surveys with response tracking.
What You Can Do
Section titled “What You Can Do”WB Polls provides two polling systems plus a survey builder, each designed for different use cases.
Activity Polls
Section titled “Activity Polls”Create polls directly in the BuddyPress activity stream. Members see and vote on polls right in their feed without navigating away.

Standalone Polls
Section titled “Standalone Polls”Create dedicated poll pages with unique URLs. Share them anywhere, embed on any page, and manage everything from a central dashboard.

- Embedding polls in blog posts or landing pages
- Long-running community decisions
- Public polls with guest voting

Surveys
Section titled “Surveys”Combine several published polls into a single multi-question survey. Questions appear one at a time with progress tracking, and responses are stored together for analysis.

BBPress Integration
Section titled “BBPress Integration”WB Polls works with BBPress forums when using the BuddyBoss platform. Embed activity polls directly in forum topics and replies using the [bp_polls] shortcode. A dedicated Polls button appears in the BBPress editor for quick insertion.
