Installation

Requirements

• WordPress 6.5 or higher (tested up to WordPress 7.1)
• PHP 8.1 or higher
• Optional, for community integration: BuddyPress, BuddyBoss Platform, or PeepSo. WP Stories also works standalone with none of these installed.

Installing the Plugin

Upload via WordPress Admin

1. Go to Plugins > Add New in your WordPress dashboard.
2. Click the Upload Plugin button at the top.
3. Choose the wp-stories.zip file from your computer and click Install Now.
4. After installation completes, click Activate Plugin.

Upload via FTP

1. Extract the wp-stories.zip file on your computer.
2. Connect to your server using an FTP client (such as FileZilla).
3. Upload the extracted wp-stories folder to /wp-content/plugins/.
4. Go to Plugins in your WordPress dashboard and click Activate under WP Stories.

License Activation

After activation, open WP Stories from the WB Plugins menu in your WordPress admin sidebar and select the License tab. Enter your license key and click Activate License. A valid license is required to receive plugin updates and access support.

You can find your license key in the purchase confirmation email or in your account on the Wbcom Designs website.
