PRO - requires MediaShield Pro. Free screens are listed too, so you can see how the two fit together.
MediaShield Pro does not add a second menu. Its screens appear inside the MediaShield menu and in the settings and edit screens you already use. This page is a map. Each row links to the guide for that screen.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Install and activate both plugins (Install MediaShield Pro).
- You need the Administrator role. Every Pro screen requires the
manage_optionscapability. - Where a screen is hidden until something exists (for example, Video Ad Defaults needs WB Ad Manager), the table says so.
The MediaShield menu
Section titled “The MediaShield menu”Open MediaShield in the WordPress admin. The left-hand list inside the page holds these Pro entries, in this order, between Tags/Milestones and Settings.

Extra screens under the MediaShield menu

Settings screen additions
Section titled “Settings screen additions”Under MediaShield > Settings Pro adds:
- Pro Watermark card: see Advanced Watermark.
- Upload & Storage card (only when a platform is connected): the default upload target. See Upload Queue and Default Upload Target.
- LMS Integration card (only when LearnDash, Tutor LMS or LifterLMS is active): see LMS Integration.
Video edit screen additions
Section titled “Video edit screen additions”Open any video under Videos. Pro adds these boxes:
