All settings live under References > Settings, organized into tabs.
General

Citation Style
Section titled “Citation Style”Choose the site-wide default citation style and upload a custom CSL file. See Citation Styles.
Display

Permissions
Section titled “Permissions”Control who can work with references, by user role:
- Direct publish roles - publish references immediately, no approval.
- Submit-for-review roles - submit references that need moderator approval.
- Moderate roles - approve or reject pending submissions.

Frontend
Section titled “Frontend”Configure the front-end experience, including the dashboard page and front-end submission behavior. See User Dashboard.
Advanced
Section titled “Advanced”| Setting | Default | What it does |

This tab also provides a browser bookmarklet you can drag to your bookmarks bar to capture references from any web page.
