Bibliography Block
The Bibliography block (abt/bibliography) outputs a formatted list of references, usually at the end of a post. By default it lists the works cited elsewhere in the same post; you can also point it at a fixed set of references.
Insert a bibliography
Section titled “Insert a bibliography”- Place the cursor where the reference list should go (typically the end of the post).
- Add the Bibliography block.
- Leave it to collect the post’s citations automatically, or select specific references in the sidebar.
Block options

Grouping by year
Section titled “Grouping by year”Set Group by to year to cluster references under year headings, then use Sort years and Collapsible years to control the order and whether each group can be expanded or collapsed.
