For Customers
The customer buys the service and works with the vendor until the delivery is accepted. This is the customer’s side of a service order.
1. Buy the Service
Section titled “1. Buy the Service”Add the service to your cart and check out. Service products are limited to a quantity of 1. An account is required - guests see a notice at checkout that a service order needs an account.
2. Submit Requirements
Section titled “2. Submit Requirements”If the order contains a single service, you are redirected to the requirement form after checkout. Otherwise, open the service order from My Account > Service Orders.
Fill in every required field and submit. The order moves from Waiting For Requirement to Work In Progress, and the vendor is notified.
3. Talk to the Vendor
Section titled “3. Talk to the Vendor”Use the conversation panel on the service order page to message the vendor and attach files. New messages appear in real time when live conversation is enabled, and you receive email and in-app notifications. See Conversations.
4. Review the Delivery
Section titled “4. Review the Delivery”When the vendor submits a final delivery, the order moves to Waiting For Approval and you are notified. Open the order to see the delivery message and files, then:

- Reject - the order returns to Work In Progress for the vendor to revise.
If you do not respond, the store may auto-complete the order after a configured number of days. See Deliveries.
