You can enable/disable the course review feature on your website using reign learndash Addon.
Admin can easily manage these settings from the backend. Go to Dashboard >Reign Settings >LearnDash > General. Here you can see ” Allow Guest Users Submit Course Reviews” If you don’t want nonenrolled users to submit course reviews, then uncheck this setting.
