BuddyPress Quotes allows you to show/hide quote icons on your post update and you can manage this easily by accessing Plugin’s backend options.
Navigate to WB Plugins > BP Quotes > General Settings, and scroll down to the Enable/disable quote icon.
If this setting is enabled quote icon will be hidden on your post update.
With quote Icon:
