Vendor Workflow

When a supported marketplace (Dokan, WCFM, or WC Vendors) is active and vendor management is enabled, vendors add previews to their own products.

Site owner setup

1. Go to WB Plugins, General tab. The Vendor Settings section appears because a marketplace is active.
2. Turn on Allow Vendor Management.
3. Set Vendor Upload Limit (0 for unlimited).
4. Save.

Vendor steps

1. Create or edit a product in the vendor dashboard.
2. Find the audio preview fields (inside the product form on Dokan and WCFM, or as a meta box on the WC Vendors product screen).
3. Add each preview with a name and an uploaded file or URL.
4. Save the product.

The upload limit set by the site owner is enforced on all three platforms. Vendors see the same shared audio fields regardless of which marketplace runs the store.
