Admin can easily display the check-ins tab on the BuddyPress profile page by simply just checking the settings from the backend. For this :
Navigate to Dashboard > Buddypress Check-ins > General settings. Now here, you can see the “Enable Check-ins Tab” setting. Check this setting, and now you can see the check-ins tab will appear on your profile page.
