Profile Progress on a member’s profile visually indicates the completion or progress of a user’s profile on a website. It typically involves a graphical representation or a percentage that shows how much of the user’s profile has been filled out or completed. This feature encourages users to provide more information and details in their profiles by offering a visual progress bar, making it easier for them to understand and track the completeness of their profile
To access the setting related to the profile progress. simply navigate to the WB Plugins >> Community Pro >> Profile Settings.

Display Profile Progress Bar
A member’s profile progress is shown through a visual indicator or percentage, reflecting how complete their profile information is. This feature motivates users to improve their profiles by providing a clear view of their completion status.
Calculate the completion profile field Set
The site admin can select specific profile fields (extended profile fields) to be included in the calculation of profile completeness.
Force Profile Completion
This setting mandates users to complete certain elements(criteria) of their profiles before they can fully access or engage with the site. You can choose between the below criteria:
- Must fill all required fields
- Must have Profile Photo
- Must have Profile Cover
Profile Incomplete Actions
Restrict to the Profile Only
When activated, users with incomplete profiles will be confined to accessing only their profiles on the platform. This restriction is in place to encourage users to complete their profiles before engaging further.
Required Field Incomplete Message
This message is displayed on the BuddyPress profile when a user attempts to access any page or something else without completing their profile.
Profile Photo Incomplete Message
This message is displayed on the BuddyPress profile when a user attempts to access any page or something else without updating their profile photo.
Profile Cover Incomplete Message
This message is displayed on the BuddyPress profile when a user attempts to access any page or something else without updating their profile Cover.
