The plugin provides the following settings for a group avatar moderation:
Enable Member avatar moderation
This option lets the site admin enable/disable the profile photo moderation setting when a user uploads a profile avatar.
Admin Notification
Site admin will get the Email notification for moderating the photo when any member will upload the profile avatar. He can modify the email subject and body also. Two parameters are given for managing mail body:
- [username]
- [Adminname]
User Approval Email Settings
This section helps to manage the mail and notifications for the users to update them about their approved profile avatar
Enable local notification
Site admin can enable/disable the local notification so that the user will get the BuddyPress notification that his profile photo is approved or not. This setting will work if the BP Notification component is enabled.
Send Approval email
If this setting is enabled, users will also get the Email that their profile photo is approved. Site admin can also modify the mail subject and body. Following are the parameter that can be used in the mail body:

User Rejection Email Settings
This section helps to manage the mail and notifications for the users to update them about their profile avatar rejection.
Enable local notification
Site admin can enable/disable the local notification so that the user will get the notification that his profile photo is rejected.
Send Approval email
If this setting is enabled, users will also get the Email that their profile photo is rejected. Site admin can also modify the mail subject and body. Following are the parameter that can be used in the mail body:
