Requirements
Section titled “Requirements”| Requirement | Minimum |

Install the plugin
Section titled “Install the plugin”- Upload the
snipsharefolder to/wp-content/plugins/, or install the plugin ZIP from Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. - Go to Plugins and click Activate on SnipShare.
- On activation SnipShare automatically:
- Creates its custom database tables.
- Creates a front-end Pastes page (slug
/pastes/). - Seeds default settings.
- Launches the Setup Wizard on first activation.
After activation
Section titled “After activation”- Visit SnipShare in the WordPress admin menu to review settings.
- Confirm the Pastes page exists and loads at
yoursite.com/pastes/. - If paste URLs return a 404, go to Settings > Permalinks and click Save Changes once to flush rewrite rules.
License and updates
Section titled “License and updates”SnipShare includes a License settings tab. Enter your license key there to enable automatic updates and priority support. See License in the settings reference.
