Does this plugin require PeepSo and bbPress?
Section titled “Does this plugin require PeepSo and bbPress?”Yes. Both PeepSo and bbPress must be installed and active. If either is missing, the addon shows an admin notice and deactivates itself. See Requirements.
Which versions of PeepSo and bbPress are supported?
Section titled “Which versions of PeepSo and bbPress are supported?”PeepSo 1.8.10 or greater and bbPress 2.5.14 or greater, per the plugin
readme.txt.
How do I configure the addon?
Section titled “How do I configure the addon?”Go to PeepSo > Configuration > PeepSo bbPress Addon. There you set:
- bbPress New Forum, New Topic, and New Reply activity (enable or disable each, and edit the activity content template).
- Forums Tab settings (show or hide the profile tab, rename it, change bbPress profile URLs, and toggle new topic and new reply notifications).
- Group Forum settings (enable group integration and rename the group forum tab).

Where is the Welcome and FAQ screen?
Section titled “Where is the Welcome and FAQ screen?”Under the top-level WB Plugins > PeepSo bbPress menu. The working settings are on the PeepSo configuration tab, not here.
Do group forums need anything extra?
Section titled “Do group forums need anything extra?”Yes, the PeepSo Groups plugin must be active. See Group forums.
Can members choose whether their forum actions appear in the stream?
Section titled “Can members choose whether their forum actions appear in the stream?”Yes. Each member has per-type switches in their PeepSo profile preferences, gated by their bbPress capabilities. See Member preferences.
Is the addon translation ready?
Section titled “Is the addon translation ready?”Yes. It ships a .pot file plus German and Spanish translations, bundles a
WPML config for admin strings, and includes RTL stylesheets.
Do I need a license?
Section titled “Do I need a license?”Yes, this is a Pro plugin. Enter your license key on the plugin’s license tab so the site can receive updates. A failed license-server response no longer forces the key to deactivate (fixed in 2.3.0).
