BuddyPress Profile Pro plugin allows the searching of members based on their profile field.
For this particular feature, Plugin gives a searching for on member directory. The search fields of this form can be managed by the site admin.
To access the setting related to the profile search site admin can navigate to the, WB Plugins > BuddyPress Profile Pro> Profile Search
