You’re welcome to post again, but please ensure content aligns with our community standards: [link]. If you have questions or believe this was an error, please reply to this message. Thanks for your understanding!”
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Q: Dashboard says “No flagged content” but I received notifications
- Content may have been auto-cleaned
- Check other tabs (might be in different content type)
- Verify you’re on “All” status filter (not just “Pending”)
- Check if another admin already processed it
Q: Can’t see a flagged item that a user reported
- Ensure you have correct permissions
- Check if it was in a private group you’re not a member of
- Verify the content wasn’t deleted by author
- Check spam folder or trash
Q: Bulk actions not working
- Check for browser JavaScript errors
- Ensure items are actually selected (checkboxes checked)
- Try with smaller number of items (server timeout possible)
- Check PHP max execution time settings
Q: Export CSV is empty
- Check filter settings (may be too restrictive)
- Ensure date range includes flagged content
- Verify you have content in that category
- Try exporting without filters first
Q: Stats seem incorrect
- Clear plugin cache
- Check if using a caching plugin (may need cache exclusion)
- Verify timezone settings (WP General Settings)
- Large sites may have calculation delays
Q: Too many notifications - can’t keep up
- Switch to daily digest instead of immediate
- Increase auto-moderation limits (more auto-handled)
- Assign additional moderators
- Disable notifications for low-priority types
Q: Can’t access certain content to review
- Private groups: Admin can force-join for review
- Deleted content: Check trash/spam folders
- Hidden members: Override with admin view
- May need database access for truly deleted content
