The admin panel
Open WB Plugins > Document Preview. The panel has four screens.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Overview leads with the numbers a store owner cannot get anywhere else:
- How many products carry documents and how many documents there are in total. These come from an indexed count and are exact at any catalogue size.
- A breakdown of documents by format and service.
- A list of links that will not preview, with the product to fix. This is the most useful number on the screen, because it surfaces links that saved but cannot render for a shopper.
The format and validity breakdown scans up to 500 products. On a larger store the screen says when that limit has been reached, rather than presenting a partial scan as complete. The statistics are cached for five minutes and refresh when a product’s documents are saved.
Documents
Section titled “Documents”A paginated list of every product carrying documents, with each product’s documents and whether they will preview. This screen also offers a CSV export of every product’s documents, streamed so a catalogue of any size exports without hitting a memory limit.

Section titled “Help and FAQ”Common questions, answered inside the admin.
A note on settings
Section titled “A note on settings”The free plugin has no format or display settings to configure. Choosing which file types a store allows, watermarking, page limits, and multi vendor support are Pro features. In the free plugin the panel is a dashboard over what is already attached, not a settings form.
