Section titled “Footer widgets”

The theme has four footer widget areas: Footer 1 to Footer 4. Add widgets under Appearance > Widgets.

Section titled “Footer menu”

Assign a menu to the Footer location under Appearance > Menus to print a single row of links (privacy, terms, status page) above the copyright line. It shows nothing until a menu is assigned.

Section titled “Footer”

Go to Appearance > Customize > Footer.

  • Footer Background: colour or image behind the footer widgets. Remove image clears the image and the preview updates at once.

  • The footer text colour is Footer Text under Colors.

  • Copyright Line: the text at the very bottom. Basic HTML such as a link (<a href="https://example.com">Status</a>) is kept; scripts are removed. You can use these placeholders:

[current_year] The current year
[site_title] The site name, linked to the home page
[theme_author] A link to the theme page
  • The colours of the copyright line are Copyright Background and Copyright Text under Colors.
