Layout and style

Layout is set on the General tab and colours on the Style tab.

Layout (General tab)

• Member avatar upload - on or off. See Member avatar upload.
• Menu layout - Sidebar keeps the menu beside the content, Tab places it above as a horizontal bar.
• Sidebar position - Left or Right, applied when using the sidebar layout.
• Default endpoint - where members land when they open My Account. See Set the default endpoint.

On phones the account menu collapses into a toggle.

Colours (Style tab)

The Style tab has six colour pickers:

• Menu item colour
• Menu item hover colour
• Log out text colour
• Log out hover text colour
• Log out background
• Log out hover background

Colours follow your active theme by default. A picker becomes an override only when you change it from its default value, so an untouched Style tab leaves the portal on the theme’s own palette. The menu item colours are bridged to CSS custom properties; the four log out colours are emitted as scoped rules on the log out menu item in both normal and hover states.

Only these six colour controls exist on the Style tab. Menu layout, sidebar side and typography are not set here (layout lives on the General tab; typography follows the theme).

Icons

The plugin ships its own icon font, “WCMP Icons”, scoped to the plugin’s account-menu container so it does not clash with a theme’s own Font Awesome. Assign an icon to any item by typing a Font Awesome-style class in the item’s Icon field, for example:

The builder’s icon picker previews with the same bundled set the storefront renders.
