Does this plugin require WooCommerce?
Section titled “Does this plugin require WooCommerce?”Yes. It is a WooCommerce extension and needs WooCommerce (6.0 or higher) installed and active. If WooCommerce is not active, the plugin deactivates itself and shows an admin notice.
What is the difference between an endpoint, a group and a link?
Section titled “What is the difference between an endpoint, a group and a link?”An endpoint is an account page with its own URL and content area. A group is a collapsible parent item that nests other tabs under it. A link is a menu item that points at any internal or external URL.
Can I restrict tabs to specific user roles?
Section titled “Can I restrict tabs to specific user roles?”Yes. On any endpoint, group or link, choose one or more user roles. Only users with a selected role see that item. Leave the roles empty to show it to everyone. See Role visibility.
Can I rename or hide the default WooCommerce tabs?
Section titled “Can I rename or hide the default WooCommerce tabs?”Yes. The default endpoints (Dashboard, Orders, Downloads, Addresses, Account details, Log out) appear in the Endpoints builder. Expand one to rename its label or slug, or use the show and hide control to disable it. See Rename or disable default tabs.
Can I add custom content to an endpoint?
Section titled “Can I add custom content to an endpoint?”Yes. Each custom endpoint has a Content field that accepts text, HTML and shortcodes, including form-plugin shortcodes. See Custom endpoint content.
Can customers upload their own avatar?
Section titled “Can customers upload their own avatar?”Yes. Turn on Member avatar upload on the General tab. A change-photo control then appears in the account menu header. The uploaded image replaces the member’s Gravatar site-wide. See Member avatar upload.
Can I place the account portal on another page?
Section titled “Can I place the account portal on another page?”Yes. Use the [wcmp_my_account] shortcode or the Custom My Account block. Both work on block themes. See Shortcodes and block.
How do I switch between sidebar and tab layout?
Section titled “How do I switch between sidebar and tab layout?”Open the General tab and set Menu layout to Sidebar or Tab. With Sidebar you can also set the position to left or right. See Layout and style.
Does it work with WooCommerce Memberships or Subscriptions?
Section titled “Does it work with WooCommerce Memberships or Subscriptions?”Yes. Endpoints created by other WooCommerce extensions appear in the builder, and role-based visibility works with the roles those plugins assign, so you can show tabs only to active members or subscribers.
How do I get updates?
Section titled “How do I get updates?”Updates are delivered automatically from wbcomdesigns.com. A free license key is preset on activation, so there is nothing to enter.
