What audio formats are supported?
Section titled “What audio formats are supported?”MP3, WAV, OGG, M4A, AAC, FLAC, WMA, and WEBM. MP3 is recommended for the widest cross-device compatibility. OGG does not play on iOS (iPhone and iPad), so use MP3 if your audience is mainly on iOS.
How many previews can I add per product?
Section titled “How many previews can I add per product?”Up to 3 in the free version. For more (albums, full chapter lists, sound packs) the Pro add-on offers unlimited previews with dynamic add/remove.
Can I use files hosted on Google Drive, SoundCloud, or Dropbox?
Section titled “Can I use files hosted on Google Drive, SoundCloud, or Dropbox?”Yes. Google Drive, SoundCloud, and Dropbox links are recognised and played with the right method for each. Amazon S3 and CloudFront direct URLs also work. Paste the sharing URL into the URL field; the file must be publicly accessible.
Will the player match my theme?
Section titled “Will the player match my theme?”Yes. It uses a neutral design that inherits your theme’s colours, and follows WordPress enqueuing best practices. RTL stylesheets are included.
Is the player mobile-friendly?
Section titled “Is the player mobile-friendly?”Yes. It is responsive with touch-friendly play/pause and progress controls, and works on iOS, Android, and desktop browsers.
What is the difference between free and Pro?
Section titled “What is the difference between free and Pro?”Free: up to 3 previews per product, all supported formats, cloud/CDN URL support, responsive player, Media Library upload.
Pro adds: unlimited previews, dynamic add/remove, multi-vendor support (Dokan, WCFM, WC Vendors, WC Marketplace), watermarking and voice-over protection, preview duration control, custom player themes, and bulk import, plus priority support.
Does it work with multi-vendor marketplaces like Dokan?
Section titled “Does it work with multi-vendor marketplaces like Dokan?”Multi-vendor support is a Pro feature. The free plugin has no vendor-dashboard integration.
How can I stop my audio being downloaded?
Section titled “How can I stop my audio being downloaded?”In the free version, use short clips (30 to 60 seconds), upload lower-quality preview files, and prefer streaming services like SoundCloud that limit direct downloads. Advanced protection (watermarking, voice-over, time-limited previews) is a Pro feature.
Can I customise the player’s appearance?
Section titled “Can I customise the player’s appearance?”In the free version the player adapts to your theme automatically; there are no per-player style options. Custom player themes and colour schemes are a Pro feature.
Are there developer hooks?
