You can integrate your LLMS with BuddyPress and bbPress on enabling this it will add LifterLMS information to user profiles also enable membership restrictions for activity, group, and member directories and restrict forums and topics to memberships, add forums to courses, and more respectively.
For enabling this simply head towards:
Dashboard >> LifterLMS >> Settings >> Integrations >> BuddyPress/bbPress
