LearnDash and WooCommerce pages could be merged because both provide with the set of shortcodes and that you can paste on any page.
Not Sure about the account pages but you can merge the shopping pages of both these plugins.
As you can add courses of learndash on WooCommerce page and use their own checkout mediums.
