Can Admin Add Users To Buddypress Groups?

Yes, Admins have the capability to add or remove Users in BuddyPress Groups. To add a particular user/users follow the given steps:

Go to Admin Dashboard > Groups

Here admin has to choose the group name in which he wants to add members. Open the desired group.

Now just search for the member by username in the Add New Members section and Save Changes.
