Checkout to Conversation

Woo Sell provides an easy-to-communicate feature, a dedicated conversation section for each order on the order detail page.

This chat section will appear for both customers and vendors as soon as the requirements are filled by the customers.

Checkout to Conversation Process

  • Customers will purchase the service.
  • He will redirect to the order detail page, where he will get a notice that this order is on hold.
  • Admin will change the order status from On Hold to Processing.
  • Once the order status is changed to processing, the customer will have the option to fill the Requirements.

  • As soon as the requirements are filled, customers and vendors will get the conversation section on the Service Detail page where both of them can talk to each other.
