Site admin can create the service type products from the WordPress Admin dashboard.
For this, the Site Admin can follow the below steps to create a service.
- Head Towards WordPress Dashboard > Products > Add New.
- Fill in the service name and description.
- Scroll down to the Product Data section, and check the service checkbox.
- As soon as you check the box, a new section named the Requirement box will be opened.
Fill The Requirement
In this section, you can add service-related requirements or questions that he wants to be answered by the customer.
From here, you can add the questions for customers. This plugin provides 7 types of question types:
- Text area
- Text Area With Editor
- Text Box
- Upload
- Checkbox
- Radio Buttons
Assign additional vendor/support agent/co-author
Vendors can add multiple support agents to their services. This field will appear in the requirement section.
