Choose the writing experience for your members. The editor determines how members create and format their blog posts. Each editor type suits different community needs.

Finding Editor Settings

Go to Member Blog → Settings → Editor in your WordPress admin.

Editor Options

Editor.js (Block-Style Editor)

How to Change Editors

  1. Go to Member Blog → Settings → Editor
  2. Select your preferred editor type
  3. Click Save Changes
  4. Changes take effect immediately for all new posts

Important: Existing posts keep their content but will use the new editor when editing.

Troubleshooting Editor Issues

Editor not loading:

  • Check browser console for JavaScript errors
  • Disable minification plugins temporarily
  • Try switching to a different editor type
  • Test with a default WordPress theme
