WB Ad Manager is a free WordPress plugin that lets you display ads anywhere on your site. This guide walks you through installation and first-time setup.
Requirements
- WordPress 5.8 or higher
- PHP 7.4 or higher
Install from WordPress.org (Recommended)
This is the easiest way to install WB Ad Manager.
- Log in to your WordPress dashboard
- Go to Plugins → Add New
- Search for WB Ad Manager
- Click Install Now next to the plugin
- Click Activate when the installation completes
Install by Uploading a ZIP File
Use this method if you downloaded the plugin ZIP directly.
- Download the plugin ZIP from WordPress.org
- Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
- Click Choose File and select the ZIP you downloaded

After Activation

Troubleshooting Installation
Plugin won’t activate
Check that your server meets the requirements: PHP 7.4+ and WordPress 5.8+. Go to Tools → Site Health → Info → Server to verify your PHP version.
The WB Ad Manager menu is missing
Clear your browser cache, then log out and back in to your WordPress dashboard. Make sure your user account has Administrator privileges.
Fatal error on activation
Temporarily deactivate other plugins to check for conflicts. Re-enable them one by one to identify which plugin is causing the issue.
