Get Started

Common issues and solutions for WB Ad Manager Pro.

Payment Issues

Stripe Payment Fails

  1. Check API keys – Ensure you’re using the correct keys (test vs live)
  2. Check webhook – Verify webhook is set up at: yoursite.com/wp-json/wbam-pro/v1/webhooks/stripe
  3. Check logs – Look at Stripe Dashboard → Developers → Logs for errors
  4. Check SSL – Stripe requires HTTPS

Wallet Not Updated After Payment

  • Check if webhook is properly configured
  • Verify webhook signing secret matches
  • Check WP error logs for webhook errors

Advertiser Portal Issues

Dashboard Shows Blank Page

  • Ensure user is logged in
  • Check if user has an advertiser account linked
  • Try clearing cache

Tabs Missing from Dashboard

Some tabs are conditional:

  • Links tab only shows if Partnership module is active

Campaign Issues

Campaign Budget Not Deducting

  • Check if impressions/clicks are being tracked (Analytics page)
  • Verify the pricing model is set correctly (CPM/CPC)
  • Check campaign status is “Active”

Campaign Auto-Paused

This happens when:

  • Budget is exhausted
  • End date is reached
  • Advertiser wallet balance is insufficient

Listings Not Showing

  • Check if listing is published (not pending)
  • Check if listing has expired
  • Verify the shortcode is correct: [wbam_classifieds]

Images Not Uploading

  • Check WordPress upload directory permissions
  • Verify max upload size in PHP settings
  • Try with a smaller image

Analytics Issues

No Data Showing

  • Wait 24 hours for data to accumulate
  • Check date range filters
  • Verify tracking JavaScript is loading (check browser console)

Impressions Not Recording

  • Check if ads are actually displaying
  • Look for JavaScript errors in browser console
  • Verify no ad blockers are active during testing
