Payment Issues
Stripe Payment Fails
- Check API keys – Ensure you’re using the correct keys (test vs live)
- Check webhook – Verify webhook is set up at:
yoursite.com/wp-json/wbam-pro/v1/webhooks/stripe - Check logs – Look at Stripe Dashboard → Developers → Logs for errors
- Check SSL – Stripe requires HTTPS
Wallet Not Updated After Payment
- Check if webhook is properly configured
- Verify webhook signing secret matches
- Check WP error logs for webhook errors
Advertiser Portal Issues
Dashboard Shows Blank Page
- Ensure user is logged in
- Check if user has an advertiser account linked
- Try clearing cache
Tabs Missing from Dashboard
Some tabs are conditional:
- Classifieds tabs only show if Classifieds module is enabled
- Links tab only shows if Partnership module is active
Campaign Issues
Campaign Budget Not Deducting
- Check if impressions/clicks are being tracked (Analytics page)
- Verify the pricing model is set correctly (CPM/CPC)
- Check campaign status is “Active”
Campaign Auto-Paused
This happens when:
- Budget is exhausted
- End date is reached
- Advertiser wallet balance is insufficient
Classifieds Issues
Listings Not Showing
- Check if listing is published (not pending)
- Check if listing has expired
- Verify the shortcode is correct:

Images Not Uploading
- Check WordPress upload directory permissions
- Verify max upload size in PHP settings
- Try with a smaller image
Analytics Issues
No Data Showing
- Wait 24 hours for data to accumulate

Impressions Not Recording
- Check if ads are actually displaying
- Look for JavaScript errors in browser console
- Verify no ad blockers are active during testing
License Issues
License Not Activating
- Ensure license key is entered correctly (no spaces)
- Check if license is already activated on another site
- Verify your site can reach our license server
