The Self-Serve Advertiser Portal empowers advertisers to register, submit ads, manage campaigns, and track performance independently — all from a branded frontend experience on your site. This guide covers how to register and get started.
Step 1: Register Your Account
- Go to the site’s registration or sign-up page
- Fill in your details:
- Email address
- Password
- Display name (shown on your ads and public profile)
- Accept the terms of service if shown
- Click Register
Use a business email address for a more professional profile. It also makes it easier to receive notifications about your ads.
After registering, you may receive a welcome email with a link to confirm your address.

Step 2: Complete Your Profile
A complete profile builds trust with the site owner and can help your ads get approved faster.
- Log in and go to your Advertiser Dashboard
- Click the Profile tab
- Fill in your business details:
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Company name | Optional, but recommended |
| Website URL | Must start with https:// |
| Contact phone | Optional |
| Bio / description | Shown on your public seller profile |
| Profile photo | JPG or PNG, square image works best |
- Click Save Changes
Step 3: Access Your Dashboard
Your dashboard is available at the Advertiser Dashboard page (the site owner sets this URL). You can access it by:
- Clicking the dashboard link in the site’s navigation menu
- Going directly to the dashboard page URL
- Clicking My Account -> Advertiser Dashboard if that option appears in your account menu
Account Approval
Some sites require admin approval before you can submit ads. If your account shows a Pending status after registration, the site owner needs to approve it first. You’ll receive an email when your account is activated.
Dashboard Tabs at a Glance
Once your account is active, your dashboard includes:
| Tab | What You Can Do |
|---|---|
| Overview | See quick stats and recent activity |
| My Ads | Create and manage your advertisements |
| Campaigns | Manage ad campaigns with budgets |
| Wallet | Add funds and view transaction history |
| Analytics | Track impressions, clicks, and CTR |
| Profile | Update your account information |
If the site has classifieds enabled, you’ll also see tabs for Classifieds, Inquiries, and Favorites.
