Admin Campaigns Dashboard

Get Started

The admin Campaigns page gives you a complete view of every campaign across all advertisers on your site. Use it to monitor campaign health, review statuses, and take action when needed.

Accessing the Campaigns Page

Go to WB Ad Manager -> Campaigns in your WordPress admin.

Admin campaigns list showing all advertiser campaigns with status, pricing model, budget, and date range

What You Can See

The campaigns list shows all campaigns from all advertisers. Each row displays:

Advertiser Which advertiser owns this campaign
Status Current campaign status
Pricing Model Flat, CPM, or CPC
Budget Total allocated budget
Spent Amount spent so far
Impressions Total impressions delivered

Filtering Campaigns

Use the filter controls at the top of the page to narrow the list:

  • Status filter — view campaigns by status (active, paused, completed, etc.)
  • Advertiser filter — view campaigns belonging to a specific advertiser
  • Date range — find campaigns by their start or end dates

Campaign Statuses

Status Meaning
Draft Created but not yet activated by the advertiser
Pending Waiting for admin approval (if your workflow requires it)
Active Running and spending budget
Paused Temporarily stopped by the advertiser
Completed Reached end date or budget limit
Expired System-expired after reaching its end date
Cancelled Stopped by the advertiser or admin

Status Transitions

Understanding which transitions are allowed helps you manage campaigns predictably:

From Can Move To
Draft Pending, Active, Cancelled
Pending Active, Cancelled
Active Paused, Completed, Expired, Cancelled
Paused Active, Completed, Cancelled
Completed — (terminal)
Expired — (terminal)
Cancelled — (terminal)

Completed, expired, and cancelled campaigns cannot be restarted. Advise advertisers to create a new campaign instead.

Admin Actions on Campaigns

Click a campaign name to view its full details. From the campaign detail view, you can:

  • View all ads assigned to the campaign
  • View spending and remaining budget
  • Change status — you can pause or cancel a campaign as needed
  • View advertiser — click to jump to the advertiser’s profile

Budget Reservation Visibility

For CPM and CPC campaigns, the budget is reserved from the advertiser’s wallet at activation. On the campaign detail page, you can see:

  • Reserved amount — the total funds held for this campaign
  • Spent — actual deductions so far
  • Refundable balance — what would be returned on cancellation

Finding Problematic Campaigns

Common things to watch for:

Campaigns stuck in Draft — the advertiser may not have enough wallet balance to activate. Reach out or ask them to add funds.

Active campaigns with 0 impressions — check that at least one ad is published and assigned. The campaign start date must also have passed.

Campaigns pausing unexpectedly — the advertiser’s reserved budget may have been exhausted. Their wallet may need a top-up.
