The Audit Log records every significant action taken in WB Ad Manager Pro. Use it to track who did what and when — for security, troubleshooting, and compliance.
Accessing the Audit Log
Go to WB Ad Manager -> Audit Log in your WordPress admin.

| User | The WordPress user who performed the action |
| Object Type | What was affected (ad, campaign, advertiser, transaction) |
| Object ID | The ID of the specific item affected |
| Details | Additional context, such as old/new values or amounts |

Sorting and Browsing
Click any column header to sort by that column. The log shows 20 entries per page by default. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to browse older entries.
Use Cases
Security Monitoring
Review the log to:
- See who approved or rejected an ad and when
- Track changes to settings (e.g., if a payment gateway was disabled)
- Identify unusual activity such as multiple failed login attempts
- Verify that advertiser suspensions were actioned correctly
Troubleshooting
When something goes wrong, the audit log helps you reconstruct what happened:
- Find the exact moment a campaign status changed
- Confirm whether a payment was credited to the right wallet
- Identify which admin made a change and when
Dispute Resolution
If an advertiser disputes a charge or status change, the audit log gives you a verified timeline to reference.
Data Retention
Log entries are stored indefinitely by default. To manage log size over time:
- Go to WB Ad Manager -> Settings -> Advanced
- Set the Audit Log Retention period (e.g., 90 days, 180 days, 1 year)
- Entries older than the retention period are automatically deleted on a daily schedule
Set a retention period that balances your compliance needs against database size. For most sites, 90-180 days is sufficient.
