You can set the search bar on the mobile left or right panel.
Simply, navigate to WP Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Mobile Left Panel >> Content.
Now, as per your choice place the shortcode at the Custom Content Before Menu or Custom Content after Menu section.
