Choose Your Restriction Mode
Allowed Domains (Whitelist Mode)
Use when: You want to allow ONLY specific domains
Example: Company intranet allowing only company.com, partner.org
- Go to Settings Tab → Domain Restrictions
- Enter domains in Allowed Domains field:
company.com, partner.org, subsidiary.net - Leave Banned Domains empty
- Click Save Changes
Banned Domains (Blacklist Mode)
Use when: You want to block specific domains but allow everything else
Example: Block disposable email services
- Enter domains in Banned Domains field:
tempmail.com, 10minutemail.com, .tk, *.disposable.* - Leave Allowed Domains empty
- Click Save Changes
Important Rules
- If Allowed Domains are specified, ONLY those domains work (banned domains ignored)
- If only Banned Domains are specified, everything else is allowed
- Use commas to separate multiple domains
