Enabling Automatic Moderation for Replies
Option: Activate Automatic Moderation
- Purpose: Automatically moderates replies posted in bbPress topics, ensuring an admin reviews replies before they become publicly visible.
- How It Works: When enabled, all new replies posted by members in the forums will be held for moderation and will not be visible until an admin approves.
Steps to Enable:
- Navigate to BuddyPress Moderation Pro Settings in the WordPress dashboard.
- In the Replies Restrictions section, check the option to activate automatic moderation.
- Save your settings.
Moderating All bbPress Replies
Option: Moderate All bbPress Replies
- Purpose: Subjects all replies in bbPress topics to moderation, allowing admins to review each reply before it is visible to the public.
- How It Works: This option ensures that all replies, whether flagged or not, are reviewed before being made visible.
Steps to Enable:
- Navigate to BuddyPress Moderation Pro Settings in the WordPress dashboard.
- In the Replies Restrictions section, check the option for Moderate All bbPress Replies.
- Save your settings.
Reviewing Moderated Replies:
Moderated replies will appear in the Moderation Report Log, where admins can review, approve, or reject them.

All flagged content can be examined in the Moderation Report Log:
- Navigate to: Moderation Pro > Report Log in the WordPress admin dashboard.
- You can review flagged or moderated replies and take necessary actions from here.
