This guide will help you get started with the Reign WP Job Manager Addon, which seamlessly integrates WP Job Manager with your Reign theme.
Before installing this addon, ensure you have:
- WordPress (version 5.0 or higher)
- Reign Theme (must be activated)
- WP Job Manager plugin (required)
- WP Job Manager Resumes (optional, for resume features)
- WP Job Manager Applications (optional, for application features)
- Go to WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New
- Search for and install WP Job Manager
- Activate the WP Job Manager plugin
- Upload the
reign-wp-job-manager-addonfolder to/wp-content/plugins/ - Go to WordPress Admin → Plugins
- Find Reign WP Job Manager Addon and click Activate
After activation:
- Navigate to Reign Settings → Job Manager
- Configure your preferred settings
- Choose your default layouts
The addon provides 4 different layouts for job listings:
- Default Layout – Classic list view
- Grid Layout One – Modern card grid
- Grid Layout Two – Compact grid view
- Grid Layout Three – Featured grid style
To change layouts:
- Go to Reign Settings → Job Manager → Archive Layout
- Select your preferred layout
- Save changes
Choose from 3 single job page layouts:
- Layout One – Traditional layout with sidebar
- Layout Two – Modern full-width layout
- Layout Three – Minimal focused layout
- Create a page for job submissions
- Add the shortcode:
[submit_job_form] - Configure submission settings in Job Manager → Settings
- Go to Job Listings → Add New
- Fill in the job details:
- Job Title
- Job Description
- Location
- Job Type
- Company Details
- Set job categories and tags
- Publish the job
- Navigate to your job submission page
- Fill out the job submission form
- Preview and submit
- Job will be published after admin approval (if moderation is enabled)
If you have WP Job Manager Resumes installed:
- Go to Resume Manager → Settings
- Enable resume submissions
- Create a resume submission page with
[submit_resume_form]
Select from 4 resume layouts:
- Default Layout
- Grid Layout One
- Grid Layout Two
- Grid Layout Three
If you have WP Job Manager Applications installed:
- Applications are automatically enabled
- Applicants can apply directly through job listings
- Manage applications from Job Listings → Applications
- Configure email notifications
