From reign, you will get more customised cart icon. A single cart for both the products whether it is of WooCommerce or EDD. As, usual you can add the cart icon from
Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Header >> Layout >> Manage Icons Options.
You can also set the cart icon for the mobile menu.
For that navigate to Customizer >> Header >> Mobile Menu >> Mobile Header Icons Options
