For creating a lesson navigate to
Dashboard >> LearnDash LMS >> Lessons >> Add New
Lesson creation is similar to the course creation with a little difference in the settings. Following are the settings you will find inside a lesson:
Associated Course – Select the corresponding course of the lesson from a course drop-down.
Forced Lesson Timer – set the minimum time a student has to watch a course before marking it as complete.
Upload Assignment – This option should be marked as checked if a student has to upload an assignment. Uploaded assignments will be accessible inside Learndash LMS >> Assignments.
Sample Lesson – On checking mark this option the particular lesson will be accessible to the student even if it is a part of a paid course.
Make Lesson visible X Days After Sign-up – Allows you to make the lesson visible some days after sign-up.
Make Lesson Visible on Specific Date – Allows you to set the date when you would like this lesson to become available.
